Extracted from the ops-archive mailbox during the migration and reproduced in
full, in the order the server received them. Both accounts are internal. Nothing
has been elided; the gaps in the numbering are mine, for reference.

It is the battery on the RAID controller. It reports healthy until it is asked to hold charge, which only happens on a dirty shutdown, and that is why you only see it after a power event. Part number is in the cabinet inventory under HES-BBU-02. There are two spares.

Message 9 is the last item in halloway's sent folder. Message 8 is the last item in wrenn's.
The mail server's queue log has all nine, with the same timestamps, in the same
order. Each of halloway's messages carries an In-Reply-To header. On messages
1 and 4 it names a message-id the archive does not contain. On message 7 it
names the message-id of message 8.
wrenn was on leave from 2026-07-04 and came back on the 8th. The photograph of the label is attached to the ticket at 2026-07-03 17:52 and shows a BBU from the 2019 batch, which is the one halloway named, and which is the one that worked. She was finished at 19:51.
