Tarnhelm firmware 4.0-4.6 on Cassin 9 terminal servers had a bug: warm reset did not zero receive buffer. New sessions showed last screenful of dropped session.

GRAVEWALKER was born from this defect. Fixed in 4.6, but constituency kept broken version running because breakage was the only interesting behavior in the building.
