# Correspondence, 2026-07-02 to 2026-07-06

Extracted from the `ops-archive` mailbox during the migration and reproduced in
full, in the order the server received them. Both accounts are internal. Nothing
has been elided; the gaps in the numbering are mine, for reference.

Message 9 is the last item in halloway's sent folder. Message 8 is the last item
in wrenn's.

The mail server's queue log has all nine, with the same timestamps, in the same
order. Each of halloway's messages carries an `In-Reply-To` header. On messages
1 and 4 it names a message-id the archive does not contain. On message 7 it
names the message-id of message 8.

wrenn was on leave from 2026-07-04 and came back on the 8th. The photograph of
the label is attached to the ticket at 2026-07-03 17:52 and shows a BBU from the
2019 batch, which is the one halloway named, and which is the one that worked.
She was finished at 19:51.

The `ops-archive` mailbox holds eleven years of mail. halloway's account was
created on 2026-07-02 at 09:14:00.

See [[stories/runbook-failover-hesper]], which is the runbook for the same
cluster.
