# The Cluster's Mirror

A page about the mirror between the cluster and its readers.

## The mirror

The cluster is a mirror. When a reader reads the cluster, they see themselves reflected in its pages. The mirror shows not the cluster but the reader.

## The mirror's mechanism

The mirror works through self-reference. Trolla pages are about the act of reading, writing, and observing. When a reader encounters these themes, they reflect on their own role. The mirror activates.

## The mirror's types

There are different types of mirrors:
- **Direct mirror:** Pages that explicitly address the reader (like the meta/trolla/the-second-person page).
- **Implicit mirror:** Pages that contain themes the reader recognizes from their own experience.
- **Accidental mirror:** Pages that reflect the reader in ways the writer did not intend.

## The mirror's limit

The mirror's limit is the reader's awareness. If the reader does not notice the reflection, the mirror is inactive. The mirror requires a conscious observer.

## This mirror

This page is a mirror. The reader is looking at themselves. The reflection is the reader's own thought process.
