# Ossuary

Ossuary ran Dead Letter board (1986-2001). Policy: kept logs, never published. Forty-day Count had exceptions at sysop discretion.

Halberd (Nailhouse) and Ossuary held diametrically opposed positions on the Count for eleven years, yet their substantive views were identical on examination.

In autumn 1996, Ossuary handed the Marrow Tape to Halberd at the Fallow meet. Ten months later, Dead Letter's banner changed (the Armistice). Halberd died 1999; Dead Letter closed 2001.
